Eating disorder care takes a team: Eating disorders are complex and multidimensional. Healthcare professional involvement is important. Alongside this, members of a faith community can play a unique role by living out God’s unconditional love.
Eating disorders are often a long journey: People rarely get better from an eating disorder overnight. If you are supporting someone, remember that your role is not to ‘fix’ them. And look after yourself on this journey.
